I was looking at GymBuddy, Full Fitness, Pumping Weight, or Jefit. I went with Pumping Weight because of the smart graphics. Basically I judged the book by its cover. Dumb mistake. This is a rudimentary app with zero support online, no manual, no instructions. Several of the screen shots you see on the iTunes store lead you to believe that the app explains the exercises, this is not the case until you set up the routine for the day and then begin your workout at the gym. (Question: how do you know what exercises to add to your routine before you visualize them?). Once you do get to see a description of the exercise, many of them lack illustrations. There is simply a text description which is poorly worded and hard to make sense of. (Tip to the developer: hire a editor). Again, this doesnt match the impression a buyer is given from the screen shots. If your terminology matches that of the developers 100% (what are the odds of that?) and you want a rudimentary workout log with no additional support, you can try this app which is basically a better looking but harder to use version of GymBuddy. If you want an app that is going to teach you something, go for Full Fitness or Jefit.
