Honestly superb
I expect normally bare bones set ups on lifting apps and some big flaws here and there, but this app surprised me. Its nice to look at, easy to navigate, comes with many exercises and lifts already and a useful suggestion tool, many of which include instructional pictures to help if you are looking for something new on the spot at the gym. Quick entry of lifts is amazing, and for someone who counts rest time down to the second like myself, the timers that are easily accessible within the set entering page is extremely helpful. The only thing I would change, or rather add, would be the ability to set up a day format to enter in, while it easy if you have an extra 5-10 mins to set up a week or two in advance, being able to just click something like "Chest Day (Density Lifts)" would be extremely helpful. All around, of the many Ive tried, this is the best lifting app on the App Store.
