Been waiting for something like this!!
Very good for someone with an inconsistent schedule. Lets you prioritize muscle groups on workout days based on how long its been since you worked each muscle group! Perfect for me since I balance school/work and my schedule changes from week to week.
-needs to be able to set a different streak length for each individual muscle group! For muscle groups that you want to hit more/less frequently than others.
